Norma Jean (Hall, Tindall) Blair, age 74, of Old Mansfield Road, Mount Vernon, passed away on Thursday, April 05, 2012 at the Heartland of Centerburg.
She was born on January 28, 1938 in Sparta, Ohio to the late Hoy and Ruth (Frazier) Hall.
Norma Jean worked at Chattanooga Glass Company for over fourteen years, was the owner of the Day’s Work Cleaning Service and part owner of BJ’s Sports Pub on Columbus Road in Mount Vernon. She enjoyed antiques, shopping on Ebay and traveling.
But most of all Norma Jean loved the time she spent with her family.
She is survived by her husband Glen “Buzz” Blair; five sons, Jim (Holly) Tindall of Ashtabula, Steve (Penny) Tindall of Mount Vernon, Bob Tindall of Dublin, Don (Debbie) Tindall of Stockport, Dave (Annie) Tindall of Howard; four daughters, Pepper Proper of Mount Vernon, Ginger Robertson of Mount Gilead, Wendy Flack of Mount Vernon, Cindy (Joe) McManaway of Mount Vernon; twenty two grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; two brothers, Kendall (Galena) Hall of Texas, Mike (Kimberly) Hall of California; and a sister Joann (Bill) Bradley of Mount Vernon.
Friends may call on Monday from 11-1PM at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home with the service beginning at 1PM. Burial will be held in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
